Shipping & Handling of merchandise. How are my shipping costs determined?
Shipping on jewelry will be done through the USPS. All shipping cost shall be paid by the buyer. This Flat rate for shipping is $2.95. We are not responsible for shipping damage once the items have been marked by the USPS. I would suggest insurance. If you are local (NC), you can make arrangements to pick up your items. They must be paid for at the time of pick up or before. No Checks will be accepted at any time. POSTAL money order will be also accepted.
We calculate the estimated shipping cost with our lowest-price shipping method and assume all items in your cart are going to one address. If you select a different shipping method or multiple addresses, your actual shipping cost may be higher. For all other larger items you can email for actual shipping cost before you purchase. Shipping will have to be estimated until I package up your item(s).
What are our return policies?
Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority.
If an item you ordered from Danny's Gems does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us within 30 days of receiving it, unless otherwise advised. Remember we do not take responsibility for shipping damage if you do not add insurance. Please include a note as to why you are returning the item; defect, flaw etc... Please take the time to contact us by email as to why you are returning an item. We will try to solve the issue to the best of our ability. Shipping cost for returned merchandise is at your own expense. We will do what we can to either replace or repair the item. Refunds will not be given just because you don't like what you bought. Please make sure that what you buy is within your own tastes. |
